Dear sir We are using a kutchina chimney model smartec. we have amc from 23/12/13 to 23/12/16. we had paid rs 3, 600. the last servicing was done on 3/04/15. after that no one has come for servicing. we have contacted many times. we have paid via cheque no 233747 hdfc bank.
