I have purchased a electric chimney model vogue on 23.11.2015 vide customer code no. 1080 in the name of papia bhattacharjee.in which 3 free services are available on 1st service was 15.03.2016, 2nd service was 15.07.2016 & 3rd service was 15.11.2016.in which 2 free services has already entertained. But regretted to inform you that inadvertently i can't docket to you within the stipulated date for my 3rd free service. Today when i docket to you for my 3rd free service, they told me that i can't avail this service, as the date has already been completed. I want to take amc for my chimney for 3 years if you allow me last free service as on date. Please look into the matter & hope you will allow the same. Your co-operation is solicited.
