[Resolved] Kutchina/ Bajoria Appliances Pvt. Ltd. — Very bad servicing and pathetic customer care support | |||||
Dear sir, This is to bring in your notice that kutchina, in collaboration with bajoria appliances pvt. Ltd is making fraudulent/misleading promises to the customers (Like me) in the name of annual maintenance contract (Amc), which promises to provide 2 years of free servicing; but just after the payment they started to ignore all the servicing calls and complaints. Being a victim the details are given below: I have been using kutchina chimney (Model: stanza ss) since 2012. During servicing in march 2016, the service people has convinced us to go for the "annual maintenance contract" (Amc) for 2 years, and accordingly we have paid inr 3223 for the same out of our faith and trust for kutchina/bajoria appliances pvt. Ltd. To our utter surprise, we have been experiencing a tremendous lack of interest for servicing since that amc contract payment date. In this regard, it is to be noted that we have called the customer care (Email: [protected]@kutchina.com) twice to book a complaint after that amc payment date; first time we got response from kutchina after 14 days and also the problem has not been sorted out as they have sent an incapable service personnel; and the second time we have booked the complaint on dated 29.06.2016 and till date the call has not been sorted out. You must understand that a chimney is not only a fancy kitchen product; if it is not being maintained properly time to time it can cause serious casualties. I have never expected such unprofessional and unscrupulous service from a company like kutchina. Out of my utmost disappointment, i am lodging my complaint so that strict action shall be taken against this fake/fraudulent/misleading customer care behaviour and service.
