[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Refusal to mandatory service — on flimsy ground | |||||
I purchased kutchina vogue chimney from adealer at jadavpur on 17.11.15. Three free after sale services are to be provided as per purchase contract. The sevice agency of the company at baghajatin seem to be not interested in such service other than amc, so their receptionist was rather rude from the very first interaction while i sought mandatory service. But the painful experience came when i contacted for last service. The contact no given to us by the salesman for service centre was out of sevice from the day 10.11.16 till 18th when without finding alternative i called the technician who came for sevice earlier. He gave me an altrnate no and when i contacted onthis no the receptionist curtly told me that as 16.11.16 has passed no more service can be provided. I told her the reason & sought her higher official no. She refused to give. I am really pained & now feel my choice of co. Was wrong Was this information helpful? | |||||
