[Resolved] Kutchina / Bajoria Appliances — Water purifier prime | |||
I am using your kutchina water purifier prime model. On last 11/07/2016 one representative name mr. Ajit mudiar from bajoria appliances pvt ltd, basistha road, h/no-6. Rukmini nagar, guwahati, assam visited for servicing my purifier on my request. At that moment he told that a candle need to be replaced and as it was not available with him he will replaced it within two working days. But its now more then one month passed neither he visited nor he has given any response to my phone calls. As per his information only i had done a amc by paying an amount of rs, 4912/- against amc no 026499. Also on the same day the same representative also charged me rs, 500/- for servicing on that day without giving me any money receipt. As i am using water purifier only for protection of my family why i will consider such a sloppy delay from the company in case of replacing the candle? If this is the condition of the companies servicing level what is the meaning of doing amc? If a simple candle is not available why the company is selling product which is very much related to our health & hygiene issues? Will the company take the responsibility if any bad happen to my family due to water infection? I want a clarification of the delay. If the company is not able to provide proper service to customer they should refund the amc amount, and take some disciplinary action against the representative who is even not interested to pick customers phone or request. Companies should make a procedure to issue proper money receipt at the time of each & every servicing if its a paid one. I am waiting for your reply from the company regarding my complain.
