[Resolved] Kutchina — Chimney free service | |||
I have purchased one chimney ( customer code :[protected] on 21.05.2015 from Bajoria Appliances Pvt Ltd. Why selling the item the salesman told me I will get my free servicing from my residential area Berhampore. After four months when I needed service I call customer care but till today nobody came to service the chimney. Today when I contact local kutchina distributor he refuse to give me the free servicing because I have not purchased the item from him & he suggest me to mail you. Please do the needful.
