[Resolved] Kutchina India — Non functioning of chimney | |||||
After installing the arc model chimney on 18/05/2016 initially it worked well. Customer code no. Id no. 121, machine code no. C[protected]. Thereafter when we started using the same full fledgedly on 14/07/2016, the chimney was not functioning. We called the technician but our complaint was not attended because of his prior engagement. Today after repeated persuasion when one technician visited us there power failure in our locality for which the problem could not be checked. When he was requested to visit us tomorrow he couldn't assure us because of his prior engagement. Kindly send a technician tomorrow to attend our problem so that we can start using the chimney immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||||
