[Resolved] Kutchina India — Poor service from kutchina with no eta of work | |||
Hi, I am writing this as i am literally frustrated with your service. I have selected & paid for modular kitchen & chimney in january & i had to literally follow up with your retailer to get it completed by april when the material was ready within days. The whole amount was paid before the actual start of the work, however your retailer does not have that much of sense about delivery as i had to keep calling them from london almost every week to get the work completed. However the work is still not complete & i am still waiting for the waste bin bag. Every time your retailer tells me that it is out of stock & we will call you soon but it never really happens. I still wait for their call. Finally they said me why don't i log a complaint for this. As a customer do you think i don't have any work & i need to follow up with your retailer & you all the time & chase you even after paying the full amount in advance. Is this the way you treat your customers & fool them. Don't you know the meaning of the word eta? If you don't have that much of business ethics & if you don't know on time delivery then please inform customers at the beginning itself. There are 100s of vendors available in the market who knows these stuffs & can give delivery. Can i get this sorted out asap rather then further follow up with you? I do have important activities to take care rather than running behind kutchina. Also make your retailer understand all these meanings & how to treat customers. Please understand by giving delivery you are not doing a favour to customers. Customer has paid you for the service.
