[Resolved] Kutchina India — Service during warranty period | |
Smartec SS installed on 21/02/15.Only one free service has been provided by the Dealer NEO KITCHEN of Howrah (Ph NO [protected]) since the date of installation
21/02/15.I repeatedly requested the dealer over phone but that yielded no result.
Iregistered my complaint (SA/202/0116) through your customer care Agents
Madam Barsha, Sharmistha, Sanchita & Sweta since 31/12/15 and that too gone in vain.Ultimately I approach your goodself with a request to solve the problem and advise the NEO KITCHEN to provide the service today.(Just now the dealer threatened me "Why I have gone to HO he will not serve me immediately")Now it is upto YOU wheather this 73 years old customer whose wife is now lying in bed after replacement of her two knees will be provided the required service by the dealer.
