[Resolved]  Kutchina — Poor customer service

This is regarding a regular after sales service requesting for overhauling the chimney installed at our residence. The concerned docket number is 814315 dated 04.05.2015. To our surprise till date nobody has reported for the job. In the mean time last week there was a single call from customer centre, which was unfortunately missed by my wife as she was busy with some other activity; but on viewing the missed call alert she had called back in the afternoon to hear that your fellow lady employee had badly injured her fingers due to dialing. Seems she need to consult a therapist to repair her fingers. Since then my wife is calling again and again to call centre. But every time they are telling that they will call back after some time but no response further. Can you please help me out by sending a mechanic for servicing purpose?
