[Resolved] Kutchina — Poor quality service & materials from kuchina ,nager bajar. | |||
I have purchased one modular kitchen from Kuchina Nagerbazar (Essermarketing)on February 2014.Though it was booked in November 2013 they delayed installation & after repeated reminder they finally installed beyond 55days.Within one year some parts are found defective & are broken . After repeated complaints to them physically & over telephone they have not taken any action & the modular kitchen unit is gradually becoming inoperable. This is my final complaint &final effort to repair my unit . If this effort fails then I shall go to Consumer forum to get justice & compensation.
