L G Electronics — Regarding Poor Technical Support from L G

I made a complain on[protected]RNA[protected] regarding my Refrigerator which suddenly stop freezing the technician came on 04-05-15 and he made a replacement and collected his Service charge and then went and again from the same day the Refrigerator stops freezing, Make a complain again (RNA[protected] again the technician came and made some replacement this goes on more than 4 times and every time i got a complain Number and also made so many reminders through Customer care but the Problem is still the same its been more than 20 days i am with this problem . ASM of that area Ms Payal Dont take problems seriously and always made some false promises ..Please try to resolve this one as soon as possible so that i can Come out from this problem ...
