Lakme — Complaint against lakme salon, churchgate

I Dr Priyanka Chamoli, got a cysteine treatment done from lakme churchgate, Mumbai, India alongwith a haircut by your Hairdresser Ms Tabassum on 19th april 2015. After a Hairwash in d parlour on day2 i noticed that my hair was cut unevenly. i told this to the manager MR PRADEEP SERA following which he said that he would have a word with the trainer. the trainer Ms Vishakha called me the same evening (21st april 2015) telling me that she would be available on 24th & 25Th of april 2015 to resolve my issues.on washing my hair at home i realised my hair were horribly cut and gave a burnt appearance.they felt rough on touching On calling on the 25th april 2015 morning, i get to know that Ms vishakha is not available today and i should come someother day. i told them i had to attend an important function and the whole exercise of spending so much money to get my hair fixed had gone waste. i currently have shineless frizzy hair that are cut unevenly.
