Hi lakme team! I am Jyotsna Bist, a very loyal customer of your elite brand and have been using your products since long, quite satisfied with it and also advocate it in my peer and professional group. As is shared I buy almost every product of yours so I did try LAKME CC CREAM too. And frankly speaking, I absolutely loved it for its staying effect, appropriate coverage and it gave me perfect look which was also complimented by my friends! Unfortunately, my very next purchase changed everything into something very HORRIBLE and dis satisfactory. Details are as: Ist PURCHASE dETAIL SKU : 30ml SHADE : S#Beige MRP : Rs 250/- BATCH NO : B54 MFG DATE: 10/14 EXPERIENCE : Spread ability : V good Staying effect: V good Coverage : V good, Consistency : Creamy IInd PURCHASE DETAIL SKU : 30ml SHADE : S#Beige MRP : Rs 250/- BATCH NO : B007 MFG DATE : 2/15 EXPERIENCE : Spreadability : Weird Staying effect: not at all Coverage : not at all, Consistency : Runny liquid Worst part is the white rubber type material which it leaves on skin after application. I believe this CREAM FORMULATION HAS EITHER GONE WRONG OR SEPARATED; OTHERWISE THIS WEIRD WHITE RUBBER TYPE THING SHOULD NOT BE FORMING. It was actually scary to see this thing on your face. For your better understanding I am attaching images of the above discussed two products. I am an active Lakme user and use products of other big brands in the market too. For any female consumer like me, it won’t be a matter of spending 250 bucks on a tube of some cream but getting the results as promised. I don’t expect to get transformed into some fairytale character but at least the basic utility of the product should be maintained. Not knowing if this is because of duplicity of your products or the poor quality of them itself, I feel cheated and disappointed. Because my money is wasted and so is the experience. I might not go for a Lakme product again in future or be so sure about its quality. How can such separated or deteriorated cream can get approval from your quality assurance department??? How would you like to advise me on this episode now, when I am on the losing side, after having wasted my money and a changed opinion for the brand I once simply adored!!!?
