[Resolved]  Lakme Lever Pvt. Ltd — Lucknow Alambagh store is not accepting valid Lakme coupons purchased online.

I am Namrata from Lucknow, and I have purchased few Lakme salon coupons worth Rs 500/- each from taj Online http://www.tajonline.com However, today (December 7th, 2013) the Alambagh store is not accepting the coupons saying these have been discontinued from their end. After much argument, I had to pay in cash and leave. Two of the coupons are expiring on December 31st, 2013 and other two in June, 2014. I request you to take any action on this.How can Lakme not accept any coupons, which are already in market and the conditions show that it is accepted in all stored including the Alambagh store.
