I have a plot of land in telecom employees co op housing socity ltd. I was share holder in the said society where i was allotted a plot of land measuring 700 sq yards, which was registered by the society in july 1987. Details:plot no 28, survey no 91, document no: 5663/1987, sro ranga reddy district (Village: gachibowli), now in hyderabad.
The plot is slightly l shaped.
Huda, in their final layout of 1992-93 showed the plot as two separate plots, numbering 28 and 24a, with an approach road 15 feet wide to the plot marked as 24a. We were unaware of this as we did not live in hyderabad. Taking advantage of this, a person named balram occupied the portion designated as 24a and sold it to one abdul kareem, by creating false documents. When we were making a boundary wall in july 2005, a group of 10 goondas came and started threatening and abusing us. They said they had documents, which obviously were false and we told them to go to court if they are so sure. They went to court but the honourable court dismissed their claim. Thereafter they went to other court but there also they lost. So in the third court also we won as the court struck down their petition. Also, the original telecom society gave us a letter in dec 2005 stating that though the huda had demarcated the plot into 2 numbers, but they never sold the plot to anyone and based on our original registration document, both the plots and the so called road is our property. We (Myself and my father) approached the erstwhile huda to rectify the layout but they never bothered to do so despite our written requests. But despite winning in courts, the goondas kept physical occupation of the portion of plot and did not vacate.In the meantime the portion 28 was also occupied by another set of goondas sent by a deceased doctor's wife across our plot. Now the whole situation is in a mess. Also during the time when the courts passed their judgement instructing us to take possession of our plot, my father had met with a serious road accident and was unable to move or travel for a quite a lot of time. The plot changed many hands illegally during this time and presently it is occupied by agoonda from the old city and an ias officer!
I am attaching the relevant court orders and other documents and i sincerely request you to help me in the following ways
1. To get the plot layout rectified by hmda (Since huda doesnt exist now)
2. Help me to get my plot evicted through police action or otherwise.
