Landmark Honda — Cashless Insurance

Insurance company and landmark honda service workshop not giving me a cashless claim as per the terms and condition. even both of them are not giving me in writing for the same that they are not binding to give anything in writing.

Even company is not assessing my car claim as per my accident happen.

I am travelling on two wheeler, who is responsible for the same if something happen to me.
