Dell Vostro 1550 Laptop — refusing to replace damaged speakers under warranty period

Company is refusing to replace damaged speakers which is under warranty period.The service center and tech support is saying that, the speakers damaged due to use of third party software.And i was not intimated regarding this policy of the company before.Now i want the company to change speakers.
Waiting for your suggestion regarding this issue, and what should i do further.
