[Resolved] HP Laptop G6 - 2006TX — HDD NOT REPLACED YET | |||
On 21st November 2012, I lodged a complaint with HP customer care vide reference no. [protected] in regard to problem with my newly purchased HP laptop (under warranty). On Saturday the 24th November, they find out the conclusion to replace the HDD and assured me, it will be replaced on Monday the 26th Nov. But, till today, Thursday the 29th Nov. no development at all. I had to call more than 10 times at HP customer care, they simply ask to hold the line. The call is on Hold for more than 30 minutes each time and than shifted to main automated interactive reception and again the same repetition of inquiries. HP customer care gave a local landline number for service center named Redington India, Kolkata[protected] and to my wonder, no one pick-up the call at this number, perhaps they know only complaints will be coming in through this number hence, they dont pick it up at all. More than 20 times, I tried this number in 3 days but no response at all. Ultimately, I had to call customer care once again to obtain alternate numbers, than only I was able to talk to them, only to know that they cant help me at all. Service center denied to give HP Manager contact numbers also mentioning they do not have the numbers. I had to call once again customer care to get the contact numbers of HP Manager named Arunima Ghosh[protected]. Again to my wonder, no one pick-up this number also even after trying more than 7 times in 2 days. I am in doubt, whether the company has intention to resolve my issue. Company and its service centers bound me to take some strict legal actions. Was this information helpful? | |||
