I've ordered Tablet HCL ME U1 from INFIBEAM site as a gift for my sister on Raksha Bandhan. But its not getting on. Nor its charging. I've alredy registered a complaint through telephone and email to them. But i didnt get any response since 1 week. After that i called them many times and they kept my call on hold telling me that they will check details and revert back. But they cut the call. I'm fed up approaching them. I'm not getting any response. There is no HCL service centre in Bhavnagar so that i can show the product there. I dont want a deffective product. I want to replace it. Plz do the needful.
