[Resolved] Shopping. Rediff.com — TAB was used one and not responding to my complaint | |||
Dear sir/madam, My Order No:7750256 . ordered an TAB from REDIFF SHOPPING THROUGH ONLINE and received on 10/2/2013 ,to my surprise when opened the box was not in good condition even the inside box was broken the tab was used one ,the seal was broken , it has so many scratches on it ,the screen guard was not new,even the charger was not working and cheap one they didn't provide even a ear phone. Seeing all this i placed an compliant same day after 2 hrs , customer executive said that to call after 15 min again ,i called back another executive said money will be refunded said to place a compliant mail said to call back after 2 days To my surpise they blocked my number and my office number( customer executive busy), so called them from other colleague number and placed a compliant again and sent a mail too later i was requested to sent the pics of the tab from prajwal(customer support) i did so , later i got mail from him that i need to contact Rex Enterprises at [protected]@gmail.com , since they would be in a better position to assist you further. [protected] . but i sent them also mail with the pics 4 days back till now i didnt receive not even a call or mail from them am facing alot pressure from my family members. please do help me , Hope you will be taking action and my MONEY will be REFUNDED.asap THANKS, SRUTHI KEERTHY [protected].
