I have order d product on 15.04.2016 via order no - SO1781893 and receive d product on 21.04.16 after payment of Rs. 799/- and further I marked return d product on 24.04.16 due to unsatisfactory result of product. Product has been picked up by company on 27.04.2016 and refund is still yet to come. Company has also not asked even d bank details so that refund can be backed. Purchase via Cod. Product order no is - SO1781893 Company customer care phone number is also said wrong no. If company will not asked d bank details how refund will executed. On most of online shopping bank details is asked on d time of return marking but here it was not provided. Kindly refund d amount of Rs. 799/- Was this information helpful? | |||||
