Its really very sad the service that the company is providing to a customer like me. Dont know how peoples r dealing with this company. It was my first entertain with the company. I have placed an order bearing No. SO2295205 since 28th July. And the amount was made by e-banking. But after that date to till now there is no track id i found in my order status. N the telephone no is almost one fake i think. I am trying since last 4 days, but the telephone is always bg n in particular time its disconnecting automatically while saying to keep on hold.

Plz help me with the concerned.

Updated by Manguli Maharana after 15 days of the company assurance i have yet not received my money. I am very surprised with the company's behaviour. they r also blocking the website. And very laughable thing is their mobile no. which is never connecting. Now i m sure that this is a fake company only to cheat the peoples of india and its consumers.

plz take serious action aganst the company asap.

I have ordered Lenovo A1000 Universal Flip Cover Dual S from latestone.com. I have returned the product because of poor quality. It's already been more than 50 days of product being returned. But till now, haven't received refund amount.
