Delay and not update ordered item so i want to cancelled both item that is

I ordered on dated 25.09.2016 from dhemaji. The performance of the company latestone.com is very very poor so i can not satisfied to this company. It scostumer services is every time busy and not working properly. So please cancelled my above given order no. And refund my moneny in my account please
