I had the wireless mini bluetooth speakers from latestone.com on april 19th 2016, received the product however was not happy with the product. Returned within the timeframe mentioned on their website. Was promised a refund, however since i wasnt comfortable with providing the bank details have been asking for a replacement since then. It has been more than 2 months now. Please take the necessary action at the earliest. The order no. Was so1798644. Have ordered a Ptron headphone for Rs. 269 after the prepaid discount offered. The first time I placed the order the system got timed out after making the payment through my debit card. The second time the order was successfully placed but has got twice debited from my account as have received the Bank mesg regarding the same.
