We are complaining about the above company

The above company rented our apartment in Exotica Complex, Gurgaon in February 2011. They deducted TDS of 10% from the rent for a period of 11 months. In January 2012 we ended the lease of the apartment. However, This company never issued any TDS certificates nor deposited the deducted money with the Tax Authorities. The amout of TDS they owe us is Rs. 63, 808. Since 2011 we are chasing them for the TDS but unsucessfully. The main culprits are Mr. Amit Sayal, Mr. Vineet Syal and mr. Lalit Jha. We have tried telephone calls, SMS's, registered letters. filed a legal notice and also a complaint with the Sushant Lok police Station. These three individuals do not care one bit about the law. Their elder brother has already been charged for fraud and assault on his wife.They are pure and simple criminals who should be behind bars but apparently continue to cheat the world at large.
