[Resolved]  Lava International — Fraud Case

To Whomsoever It May Concern This is regarding a Lava W520 3G router that I ordered from Ebay. The product came as defective and was not repairable. I took it to the Service Center at Sai Mobile Care, Gandhi Nagar, Delhi. Instead of repairing or providing me with the new product they have provided me with the DOA Letter. I reached out to the vendor on Ebay and he denied the replacement instead of me offering a DOA Letter from Lava as well as old/defective product. Request you to please help me get a resolution.
