I had purchased lava iris icon in january 2016. The device started having hardware problem in march, and then after it was sent to company for pcb replacement. It already took 20-25 days for device to get ready. Now the accessory (Headphone) stopped working. I had visited care for the same. They were replacing the product but with the headphone model with old model. I insisted to provide me the headphone with the look, style i had got in the lava iris icon. They told me to wait for further details. I had submitted my headphone in gandhidham lava care center with work order no.[protected] dated 21/05/2016. Now they are telling that they will give the old fashioned headphone only, and not the headphone which type i had received during purchase of mobile.

Lava Team had called me and told that they are providing the available headphone (old model) of different phone. But you people are not providing the headphone of the model LAVA IRIS ICON which was purchased. This is the first and last time that i had shown trust in LAVA brand. I will also suggest everyone not to buy this company products. This is clean cheating that warranty is for another product and providing something else.
