Dear sir, I have been purchased a Lava iris x5 4G on September 2015. I have purchased this product after a long survey of three months by checking and enquiring the feed back through market and internet. But now its back speaker is not working properly. Its clarity is too bad. Other things are going well. I have purchased this product for Rs.10, 250/-. if I go to service, it will be a big loss to me, because its a new piece.
