Firstly I would make it clear that the Mobile I bought was a faulty piece, from the day one I was facing problem with the Mobile, you can see my mobile service history that it has been serviced more than five times for same issue (low voice and audio issues), and at last they have replaced the board and even now the problem exist, i know that the warranty has expired but why you can't able to resolve the issue during warranty period, you can't able to find the exact problem or your service people can't able to rectify it, they will not rectify it even for ten years. I have all the service records and proof for same issue occurring many times, I want to rectify the issue with free of cost or replace my mobile.

I bought my phone on 28 May 2016. I am continously facing problem with back camera. In past 4 months i have been to the service centre more than 9 times. please confirm how i can complaint or contact the concerned person so that i can replace my phone to discontinue the problem.
