Lava Mobiles — I bought a defective new handset

I bought a defective new handset (Lava magic+) that had a bad microphone. Upon realization i went to the vendor (Changtongya town, nagaland) for redressal the next day. Upon owner's suggestion i submitted the defective handset back to the vendor for repair under warranty. The handset was sent to jorhat lava service centre. It has been more than 15 days now i have not receive my repaired mobile phone.
Why is the lava service center soo slow and taking too long to repair my mobile phone? When will i get my mobile back? I am losing my patient and trust in lava company now. You have not fulfilled customer satisfaction.
