Dear Sir/Madam,
I have purchased one Lava mobile Model No. IRIS 250(IMEI No:[protected]) on dated 19.02.2015 from Dehradun. But it has started power off problem from 15.08.2015 and I had given to first time this set to lava care center on dated 23.08.2015. They called me after 10 days. When I gone then they told me that this set will be repair from here i.e. Lava service center (Kashyap Telecom) Dehradun and for this they given to me another new job card(dt:01/09/15) and now new job card without Number(dt:30/09/15).
After that they exchanged my touch. But it is not working properly.
I complaint many times for this Problem. For rectify this problem I gone there many times for repair my mobile.
But after waste of my lot of time I didn’t get any solution. Now I am in bothering I am not finding that what I should do now.
I can’t afford any other mobile.
Please rectify my problem.
