Lava Mobiles — Mobile shop owner altered the accessories. Flipcover not there

I had purchased Lava Iris X1 Grand from a shop in 6 No. X Road, amberpet, Hyderabad. Shop name is Durga Digital Studio and Photo Emporium, on 7th July 2015. I noticed that when my friend bought same mobile, he got all accessories including Flipcover. On 28th July 2015, I approached the shop owner and inquired the same. And I got hasty reply that, go and inquire with Lava Mobiles Customer care & he told me to bring my friend who has the same mobile, to his shop. How come this cheap people alter the box accessories and contents. Lava Mobiles have got good reputation with its models. But these waste fellows are defaming the Lava fame. I request the correct to be taken on the shop owner.
