Lava Mobiles — Service Centre denies repair under warranty

The Service Centre had informed me about the Software issue of my phone and provided me with an acknowledgement of the same, but after 2 days informed me as physical damage and said it will not be repaired and was treated every rudely by executive named Ravindra Parab. I have an acknowledgement stating no physical damaged when I submitted the phone.
