Lavie — Strap is torn off | |||||
I purchased Lavie handbag from Jabong on 23rd July 2015. Order number is [protected]. Within 2 months, the strap has started to torn out. For such a costly bag (Rs 4250), it is not expected so soon. I bought lavie bag from shoppers stop jaipur yesterday evening on 16 july 2018. It was on 50% discount and i payed rs 2345/- for it... and today when i used it while travelling to surat one strap of it torn out.. this was not expected... and I'll be back to jaipur on 24th. I hv bill but in jaipur. This need to be replaced. What should i do now
