[Resolved]  Brian DSouza — Soc is telling me that I cannot rent to foreigners and also are taking double maintenance

I have foreigners staying in my flat for 6 years. I just realized that I was paying double maintenance because I have leased my flat. When I brought this up, the gen secretary told me that I am not allowed to rent to foreigners. So what is the law? I am an Indian living in a foreign land and no one has ever discriminated against me because I am a foreigner. Pls. Let me know where I stand.
