[Resolved]  Maan Sarovar Tech Solutions — Eligibility

I am one of the Ex-Employee of Maansarovar. Previously this company is run in Parrys (Lingu chetty Street) and the Owner is Lalith.

He is a fraud person. If you joined in that company and you plan to quit the company after 1 or 2 years, then the owner [censored]ing lalith won't give proper relieving letter. He simply say, I have 2 lakhs rupees loss because of you. So, you have to pay Rs. 2 lakhs. I know When I was working, he spoiled almost 10 people.

Also I told to Lalith, God will be there, He will definitely punish you.

I request all Software professional or freshers, don't join this company, also don't believe the [censored]able person lalith. He is a mother [censored]er

The both guys who where talking i feel they are having personal issues. Just to write some thing they had wrote. Suresh Mehta we don't know who is that guy. If he want to be king let him open his office and spend money lavish and see what happens.

With second guy who talks about the money etc which is fully wrong. This guy if he is not servicing notice period want to leave in one week whether medium are small everybody have to service the customer. If the person does not give 1 month notice and tells i got offer in CTS i want to join immediately we cannot allow. Since all candidate who where joining in our organisation we make one thing clear i[censored] can stay with us for 1 year minimum and 1 month notice period after that u would get your all the letters. Otherwise we don't provide any experience certificates.

The owner lalith will recruit freshers or less experienced persons who came from rural areas. He will terminate 98% of employees immediately without any explanation. While joining, he will say that offer letter will be given after 1 year and one month is notice period. But he never leave that person after two years also and he will blackmail more than 3 months as notice period. He will force employees to work more than 11 hours and Sunday also partial working day. He will never give leave for sick also.
He never give respect to employees. Always demotivating employees saying that the salary which he gave you was waste. He never do back ground verification for ex-employees and he will ignore all emails & calls regarding BGC (Back Ground Confirmation on verification).
Friends please don't join his company and don't regret like me life long.

Lalith, the Maansarovar owner is a brutal man. He never and ever worry about employee's life. Always cheating with relieving of employee and he never do background verification. If any mails or calls came from HR regarding BGC, he won't reply or attend. He will force employee to work upto 9 pm or 10pm. He will scold a employee in front of all without mercy.. He always care about his money, not the employee.

The employees in maan sarovar always informed prior to joining i[censored] can hard work then only you will be retained. Since no body in world pay free money. If the person who does not have stuff he always post like this. The guy who posted he is not at nice person. he always go and stand in front of girls and want to talk to them that why the company owner shout on that person in front of every body better do your work don't disturb. If he carry us properly. He treat us safely . Due to that he has been asked to go..

The details which has been posted is one of the guy who is not able to perform. We at Maan Sarovar Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd provide day one onwards salary and make the fresher to work in live project which is more better for fresher. It is not like asking to BPO work. When the person joining time itself we provide clearly 1 year commitment and 1 month notice period. And every 6 months increment is provided. If the person works in live project he as his responsibility to deliver the project to customer so in that case if he puts extra efforts what is wrong. I feel all companies are paying salary and keep employees motivated for delivery of the project. No body has been forced to work long hours it is because of there knowledge they take such time

With regard to Back ground verification if we did not provide today more than 350 employees from our organisation has been recognised in many top MNC reason for Insurance domain which they have. Even in the slowdown time employees from Maan Sarovar Tech Solutions get job oppurtunity. Please dont carry away with the words of one person who is failure and he is not the person who can ruin the oppurtunity which comes your way.

Today domain and fresher accomadating companies are very less in chennai where salary is given and also live project work is going on. Many people leave since they don't have hands on training properly not able to manage or perform for those people we cannot comment.
