Sub: Application regarding the poor Performance and Adamant attitude of MC of Atma Ram Colony, Near P.W.D Rest House Nabha, District PatialaPunjab whose residents are drinking the water in which Dirty materil of nala and small creatures are coming which is even not suitable to drink for Animals and Poor levels of Streets. Respected Sir/Madam, I wish to draw your attention towards the poor performance in doing the duties and non-fulfillment of false promises by the present MC and When we go to him regarding any problem like Dirty Water his wording is " Apan kehra next time khare hona hai tan kam kis chiz da kara dayiye is war jitge tan jitge te tusi kehra sanu votes payiyan ne" The water that is coming is very dirty as said above not the water is coming but nala is coming at the homes of the people, Unfortunately the poor people in the absence of substitute has to drink that and if any disease spread in the locality or anybody dies then the concerned MC will be responsible for the same. Before voting they make many false promises but never fulfil even a single one and the wording of the concerned MC is written above. It is not a matter of that the concerned MC will contest the election next time or not, but the question is regarding the lives of the people. If this complaint will not be resolved then i/we will get the water tested through the Forensic science laboratory and if any person gets ill or die then the legal action will be taken against the wrongdoer. Also the Appeal will be filed that such type of people who becomes MC to make money or to get their work should be strictly made Answerable before the higher authorities or courts. When such concerned persons become MC then with sifarish they get their knowns or relations appointed somewhere in Municipal Corporation or else as their main notice is make the money only not to see the condition and problems of his/ their ward. It has caused a spurt in the incidence of crime in the area. Moreover, it is only the single incidence which is being reported their are many more incidence and the concerned MC does not deserve to hold the chair and the some other person from the party should be appointed. i have no personal grudge and the intention or knowledge behind the reporting of the matter is not to defame the concerned person but to bring the real truth that after become MC the concerned MC got the ego to not to work for anyone and the answer for all the persons who are aggreived is same that "hun tan jit ge aage ton kehra khare hona hai te thone kehra mainu votes payiyan ne jehra main kam karan" and he forgot that he is a public servant to do the work and resolve the problems of the people not to create the problems for the people.
