Lemall — I am complaint about le eco 1s phone

I purchase new le eco 1s mobile phone on 25-may-16 from flipkart and from the start le services are not working in device . i complaint so many time to le customer care and wrote mails too but not found satisfied answer then i contact to service on center at 18-june-2016 in kanpur ss services and they took my phone for software updation after 2 hour they told me that your device gone dead and now u got the new device after 15 days and till date i will not received my phone already 40 days gone and they still saying please come after 15 days. i am facing to much trouble without my phone my business got hamper with it . who will responsible for this.
