Dear Sir/Ma'am, I have ordered Le2 phone on LEMALL WEBSITE (Order ID:[protected]. have collected the phone on 10th july. I came to know immediately that everything is perfect except microphone .I have called Lemall customer around 42 times as well as send a message FB link however i have received standard reply. I have talked several people including Ananya, a floor manager of call centershe was very rude and she said we will not replace your headphone.I have called server people including Mr.Vishal Singh another floor Manager, he promised the replacement before . Another instance, i have given my power adapter to service center on 1st of Aug.It is not repaired yet. Such a pathetic and careless team and need to be address it in customer court.
