Lenovo a6000 — My complaint not received at servicing center

Good evening sir,

This is pandu from rajahmundry i had purchased lenovo a 6000 model mobile at online. That mobile came software problem but not received the servicing center not clear my problem.
Why because purchased only stores mobiles repairs accepted.But not accepted in online shopping mobiles(Lenovo a 6000 model). Immediately clear this problem in few days. Other you cannot solve this problem we will meet in consumer court.
