Lenovo & Lapcom Peripherals Pvt. Ltd — Warranty not provided for laptop | |||||
I purchased Lenovo G50-70model laptop having serial no. YB06493685 on 31st January 2015 but Lenovo company gives warranty till 14 Dec, 2015. Which is one and half month less than actual warranty period. My laptop has problem in display monitor. When I went to service center he didn't take my laptop for repairing and said that your warranty period has expired. When I show him invoice of laptop he applied for further updation of warranty and said that engineer will reach to your address. But after some days, I didn't get any response from lenovo, then I called to customer care services which I also recorded. They said that they could not update warranty period due to earlier entry of this serial no laptop before 31 Jan, 2015. Lenovo customer care executive said to talk from dealer not from Lenovo. Either Lenovo company or Lapcom dealer cheated with me and not solving my problem. I want early solution from your end. Thank you sir/madam Was this information helpful? | |||||

I have evidence of all fraud done by Lenovo company and Lapcom dealers. I have all recording of call details which I done.
