HI I have purchased my Lenovo Desktop AIO C[protected] All in one on date 1/08/2014 having serial No. CS01609741 from Unique Infoways (P) Ltd. Nehru Place New Delhi (Bill Copy attached). on 6/08/2014 my system were not starting. When i make call to customer care he said there is some problem in mother board and i got email or massage that i get my problem resolve with in 2 working days. and my Request no. is [protected] but its very disappointed that my problem yet not resolve and when i called to customer care they are saying that your problem resolve by 23rd August 2014. but now they mail me that my problem resolve by 28- august 2014. As I am Start my own company with small budget on project based Company. i can’t wait such a long time for replacement, due to these types of problems of my desktop I am due to this i am facing financial losses and mentally harassment.
