Lenovo — high heating problem

sir, i have purchased a mobile phone lenovo a6000 plus through flipkart. mobile has over heat problem i.e battery temperature reaches to 47.2°c. I have requested for replacement to customer care. she given some suggestions through SmartChk but my mobile has still same heat up problem.Till date mobile is not replace by flipkart.
