Lenovo — keyboard not working properly and lid is very tight

Dear Sir, I purchased a lenovo Z50-70 laptop that I bought from amazon.in about three months ago. But soon after the purchase the laptop keyboard started to cause problems. The keyboard's 'M key' does not work properly which causes great inconvenience . Also whenever the lid is opened the laptop creates a sound and it the lid id hard to open. I called your customer care and asked me to register a online complaint. So kindly resolve the problem as soon as possible.
