Lenovo Laptop — service to customers

i had purchased lenovo lap top on july 7th, from this day on i have been trying to do, on line registaration, calling people in Bangalore, no body has been taking any interest, i have purchased the lap top from goa lenovo show room, I never expected such a service. and the Bangalore office is just denying they have not received any off my emails, when they have already been corresponding with me on email. anyway i regret buying because the service is zero
