Lenovo — LED Screen Problem. Not willing to replace. Escaping from replacement by using cheap tricks. | |||
I Purchase laptop in the month of November'2014. Given a complaint to LENOVO regarding defective screen. As advised by Lenovo customer care, i have sent the snap shots to their mail-id against my complaint No:[protected] & Service Request No:[protected], related to defective LED screen. I am encountering the problem for long time and request you to rectify this problem immediately. Got below reply from LENOVO which is very irresponsible about customer problem. Dear customer, This is with regards to the snapshot we received. This is to inform you that we have validated the snapshot sent and confirmed that there is a damage on Display. You may not find any scratch or visibility of damage even when the screen is off as the damage is internal. We regret to inform you that this will not be covered under Lenovo Limited Hardware warranty. To get this repaired, request you to take the system to nearest Lenovo Service center to get it replaced with nominal charges for part and labor. Regards, SO Support Team Lenovo India Pvt. Ltd. we have not did any damage to laptop. the line has started very slowly and its increased day by day. By seeing the screen shots itself, lenovo people decided that, its a internal damage and will not cover under warranty. This is a planned escaping plan from lenovo people to cheat customers for not replacing the part. I will not buy /recommend to buy/use any type of lenovo product in future.
