Hi, I purchased a Lenovo laptop in the month of June 2015 from Reliance store Koramangala. The Lenovo laptop model G40 started freezing since beginning. The battery started loosing its charge very quickly. Video's kept freezing. I have reported this issue in the month of November to Lenovo technical team. I had a very bad experience with the Technical support as they kept disconnecting calls. They did not resolve my issue and i am still facing the same issues. They havent sent any engineer till now. I paid Rs 22000 as my credit card bill. The Technical support is useless.
