[Resolved]  Lenovo — Lenovo mobile complaint against service and exchange policy

I purchased new p780 from rajshree mobiles raipur but set was unable to read memory card and there was sound problem too with set too but when i told them they refused to exchange with new set they told it will be repaired within 7-8 days now its 15 days and till not resolved as they are demanding more 4-5 days.

My qustion is that i reached a day later to exchange period as i was out of station and they refused to exchange and when they are not providing service in their period so i am finding myself helpless today as i have no option rather to accept.

Kindly help and give them a lesson
