Lenovo — Lenovo pa10400 mah usb portable power supply not working

I purchased a Lenova PA10400USB Portable Power Supply 10400mAh white vide order no [protected] dt 16.10.15.The item was delivered on on 26.10.15 vide reyail invoice FOAZTGJ16-211 dt.21.10.15 issued by Sahaj Enterprises Shop no 7 Krishna township near manish nagar Dabholi road Surat infavour of Shreya H.No 3284 Sector-15 Sonepat -131001.But this product is not providing any power back up from the day ferst of purchase. Earlier also I lodged a complain but no reply from this end.I appears that purchasing through Flipkart is useless.
